First week back


This week we worked on a lot of bug fixing and making a presentable product. We replaced the enemies with their actual models and made the payload a bunch more interesting:

We also added an explosion particle effect:

Furthermore, we added pickups. One for giving the payload health, and one for an EMP blast. The nasty collision bug that has been in our build for a while has been fixed finally and we added a ranged enemy, even tho it's not in the game as of yet.

We also fixed a nasty bug where the enemies would stick to each other while moving towards the payload. Now they respect each other's personal space. Together with the explosion particles, it looks like this:
